Landmark Centre is a 32 acre master planned development located at the southeast corner of IH 10 West at Loop 1604. The first office building, Landmark One, is under development and is scheduled to open in late 2016. Other users include Pappadeaux Seafood Restaurant and a 210 room full-service hotel and conference center. All buildings in Landmark Centre will pedestrian linked. Landmark One is 170,000 square foot Class “A” office building under development at the intersection of Interstate Hwy. 10 West and Loop 1604 in north San Antonio. Landmark one is the first development within the 32 acre Landmark Centre master-planned development. Landmark One will provide office tenants with numerous amenities including structured parking, pedestrian linkage to adjacent restaurants and hotels, high end architectural finishes and floor to ceiling glass for the majority of the office space. Landmark One will be open to the public in December 2016.
Bulverde Marketplace is a 104 acre master-planned development in north-central San Antonio. The development is situated around the major thoroughfare extension of Bulverde Road, a $10,000,000 road and infrastructure project will be completed in early 2016 and is a public/private partnership between Fulcrum Development and the City of San Antonio. To date, 55,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space has been completed in the initial phases of development. At completion, Bulverde Marketplace will contain over 300,000 of anchored retail space in addition to office and pad development.
Culebra Commons is a 56 acre retail and restaurant development located in the booming northwest of San Antonio. There is a projected 14.2% growth in area population in the next five years.
