Landmark Centre

Landmark Centre is a 32 acre mixed-use development located at the southeast corner of IH 10 West at Loop 1604. This intersection is considered to be at the center of the most dynamic commercial growth corridor in the San Antonio metro area. Major developments at this intersection include the La Cantera Mall, Valero Energy Corporation Headquarters and The University of Texas at San Antonio. Landmark Centre will be comprised of offices, retail, hotels and restaurants. To date, all of the road and infrastructure work has been completed. The first office building, Landmark One, is under development and is scheduled to open in late 2016. Other users include Pappadeaux Seafood Restaurant and a large full-service mid-rise hotel.


Landmark One

Landmark One is the first component of Landmark Centre, a 32 acre, truly Class A mixed-use development at the major intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 1604. At completion, Landmark One will be composed of 6 stories totaling more than 160,000 sf. Those who office at Landmark One will enjoy the gorgeous scenic views of the rolling Texas Hill Country, as well as a multi-story, totally covered parking structure. Landmark One, is under development and is scheduled to start construction December 2015 and open in late 2016.

Bulverde Marketplace

Bulverde Marketplace is master planned retail development strategically located at the intersection of Loop 1604 and Bulverde Road in North East San Antonio. At completion, Bulverde Marketplace will consist of +/- 400,000 sf of retail and restaurants. Bulverde Marketplace will offer great visibility and access to a highly desirable and populated market. We are currently Leasing Phase II (COMING SPRING 2015) which consists of 21,453 SF adjacent to LA Fitness.
