Fulcrum Property Group, Inc. is a commercial property operating company that specializes in the development, leasing and management of retail and office properties in the greater San Antonio, Texas, metropolitan area. Founded in 1989 by brothers Jacques and Steve Braha, Fulcrum Property Group has acquired and renovated or developed over 2,500,000 square feet of better retail and office property, with various properties being sold as market opportunities materialized. The current Fulcrum Property Group portfolio includes over 900,000 square feet of commercial space in addition to significant land holdings for future development. Fulcrum Property Group operates all properties with a “hands on” approach that includes complete management services, financial reporting and construction coordination.
To date, Fulcrum Property Group has completed over 750,000 square feet of new development in the greater San Antonio and surrounding area. Completed projects include suburban retail centers and multi-story mixed-use retail and office developments. Significant completed developments include Stone Oak Plaza, Ventura Plaza, the Market at Boerne Stage Shopping Center and The Strand at Huebner Oaks. Fulcrum Property Group currently has over 400,000 of retail and suburban office space under construction, including the 315,000 square foot mixed-use Alon Town Centre. Another 400,000 square feet of specialty retail space and office space is in the pre-development
planning stage as a part of the Landmark master planned
development at IH 10 West and Loop 1604 in north San Antonio.
